taking inventory

well this morning the baby was a bit distraught because mommy did not come home last night. she didn't know what to do with herself but take inventory of her toys while i was in the shower.


"don't get too close to my toys!"


later she took a nap w/ me on the couch. at first i thought this was sweet, but then i realized it's just another way of her taking inventory. by sleeping up against ppl, she can be sure that they are not going anywhere!


the baby likes to sleep between me and the back of the couch. i have to be very careful not to squish her.


this is the face she makes when i roll over her little leggies.


the baby shows off her beauty mark. what an uncanny resemblance to marilyn monroe!
